Primary Objective
Capture the harbors and move your cargo ships into the harbors.
Secondary Objectives
Conquer one or more harbors before the end of cycle 5.
Destroy all Russian submarines on the map before the end of cycle 6.
Destroy the attack helicopter before the end of cycle 8.
